Traci Nieto
Traci serves as President of Construction, overseeing all aspects of construction operations across the company’s portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, including a decade focused on multifamily development in Arizona, Traci brings deep technical knowledge and a strong leadership presence to the team.
Since joining Greenlight in 2021, she has played a key role in the delivery of thousands of attainable rental homes and helped lead the company’s expansion into Southern Arizona. Traci’s practical, relationship-driven approach and commitment to operational efficiency have made her a vital part of Greenlight’s continued growth. She holds a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s in Education, and is an active member of AZCREW and the National Association of Women in Construction.

Alex Altman
Alex Altman joined the Greenlight team in April 2022 as Vice President of Field Operations, bringing nearly 30 years of proven performance in general contracting and construction leadership. He has a demonstrated track record of driving projects from preconstruction through completion with a focus on delivering on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His expertise spans planning, design coordination, cost control, scheduling, and field operations, enabling him to consistently identify efficiencies and mitigate risk across complex projects.
Over the past decade, Alex has led the successful delivery of more than $1 billion in multi-family developments throughout Arizona, consistently meeting or exceeding project goals. His leadership has contributed to streamlined operations, improved cost predictability, and enhanced project timelines, resulting in strong outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Known for his ability to align teams and drive accountability, he fosters high-performing environments that translate directly into measurable project success.

Brian Spetman
Brian Spetman serves as the Vice President of Project Management, overseeing the strategic execution and delivery of Greenlight’s construction portfolio. With nearly 20 years of experience across the residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors, he brings a comprehensive understanding of complex project lifecycles and technical field operations to the leadership team.
During his career Mr. Spetman has been involved in the completion of over $500 million dollars of developments. His leadership is pivotal in the delivery of projects that remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. Brian’s collaborative approach and product knowledge have been essential to supporting Greenlight’s growth.

Ashley Gray
Mrs. Gray joined Greenlight in 2019 and has grown with the organization from Project Accountant to Controller, playing a key role in the company’s continued growth. Over that time, she has been closely involved in the financial management and execution of multiple development projects from inception through completion.
She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and brings experience across both construction and multifamily operations, including financial reporting, project accounting, and process improvement. In her current role, she oversees accounting and financial operations, helping ensure accurate, timely reporting and supporting decision-making across a growing portfolio.

Hannah Hegsted
Mrs. Hegsted joined Greenlight in September 2023 as a Project Manager. She has 5 years of commercial construction experience and has helped manage over $250 million of projects. Mrs. Hegsted is an Arizona native and received her Masters in Construction Management from Arizona State University.

Nick Carlson
Carlson joined Greenlight in September 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager and was promoted to Project Manager in early 2025. He brings four years of experience in multifamily and commercial construction and has contributed to the successful management of over $225 million in developments across Arizona and the Midwest.

Mr. Lorenzo joined the Greenlight team in 2023 with over 30 years of experience in building and managing residential and custom home projects. Over the last decade, Mr. Lorenzo has focused his efforts on high-end multifamily & mixed-use projects.

Mr. Ross joined Greenlight Team in December 2025. He has over 25 years in multifamily & mixed -use projects throughout the Valley. His Project experience spans complex, high-quality developments. He has successfully delivered over $600 million dollars in multifamily projects in the Valley.

Mr. Jones brings 5 years of Assistant Superintendent experience to the Greenlight team, with a strong background in multifamily senior living projects, build-to-rent communities, and podium construction. His project experience spans complex, high-quality residential developments.

He began his career as a laborer and has advanced to his current role as Assistant Superintendent, gaining valuable hands-on experience in field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
