Greenlight Construction managed the build while addressing ongoing civil design challenges and revisions, as well as unforeseen underground conditions encountered during construction. The team also coordinated with updated power company requirements, adapting plans as needed to maintain progress and ensure a successful, well-integrated final development.

This three-story, 229-unit multifamily community in Tempe delivers attainable rental housing in a high-demand area near Guadalupe Road and Kyrene Road. The project is located within an active commercial corridor, requiring careful planning to maintain uninterrupted access to surrounding businesses throughout construction

Positioned near Loop 101 and the Westgate entertainment district, the project supports housing demand in an area experiencing continued growth and investment.

Greenlight Construction executed Streamliner Aldea alongside the adjacent Cabana community, coordinating site logistics, sequencing, and trade activity across both developments. Construction required thoughtful integration of existing irrigation infrastructure, with the team adapting site work and planning efforts to accommodate constraints while maintaining momentum and delivering a cohesive finished product.

This 257-unit multifamily community in Glendale is part of the Aldea master-planned development, located near Loop 101 and the Westgate area. Built alongside the adjacent Streamliner Aldea community, the project contributes attainable housing in a rapidly developing corridor supported by new entertainment, hospitality, and employment growth.

Greenlight Construction managed the delivery of Cabana Aldea with a focus on coordination across a shared site, working in tandem with the neighboring development to ensure alignment in schedule, access, and infrastructure. The team navigated existing agricultural irrigation infrastructure that required careful planning and integration, allowing construction to progress efficiently while maintaining overall site functionality.
