With nearly 20 years of experience across the residential, multi-family, and commercial sectors, he brings a comprehensive understanding of complex project lifecycles and technical field operations to the leadership team.
During his career Mr. Spetman has been involved in the completion of over $500 million dollars of developments. His leadership is pivotal in the delivery of projects that remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. Brian’s collaborative approach and product knowledge have been essential to supporting Greenlight’s growth.
